The England captain first headed home Anthony Gordon's cross to level the scores before producing a superb finish just eleven minutes later to complete the turnaround and send England into the next round.
It wasn't England's most convincing performance of the tournament, but knockout football has always been about finding a way to win and England did exactly that.
